This reservation is being made with a Contract ID number (CID) assigned to a Corporate Account for use exclusively by its eligible renters. Use of this CID by individuals other than eligible renters is prohibited and may result in disciplinary action. Renters using this CID may be required to show proof of employment or authorization (such as a business card, current email with company domain, work order, etc.). Questions about acceptable proof of employment or authorization should be directed to your Travel Manager.

DEPOSIT AMOUNT To account for Renter potentially incurring additional amounts owed under the Contract, at the time of rental, renters will be required to provide the following deposit amount: $850 for the following vehicles classes: Performance Sport, Full Size Luxury SUV, Electric Luxury SUV, Full Size Elite Electric Sedan, Midsize Sport Luxury Sedan, Full Size Luxury Sedan, Premium Luxury Sedan, Electric Luxury Sedan, Premium Luxury SUV, Extended Luxury SUV, Limo Van, and Corvette. $1,000 for the following vehicle classes: Luxury Performance Sport, Elite Performance Sport, Ultra Performance Sport, Ultra Luxury Sedan, and Ultra Luxury SUV. INSURANCE VERIFICATION At the time of rental, Renter must provide evidence of transferrable auto collision, comprehensive and liability policy for the following vehicle classes: Full Size Luxury Sedan, Premium Luxury Sedan, Midsize Sport Luxury Sedan, Electric Luxury Sedan, Premium Luxury SUV, Extended Luxury SUV, Electric Luxury SUV, Limo Van, Corvette, Luxury Performance Sport, Elite Performance Sport, Ultra Performance Sport, Ultra Luxury Sedan, and Ultra Luxury SUV.

Si se acepta, la protección de asistencia en carretera brinda al arrendatario asistencia en carretera, donde esté disponible, las 24 horas del día, los 7 días de la semana sin cargo adicional. La protección de asistencia en carretera (Roadside Assistance Protection, RAP) incluye los siguientes beneficios: reemplazo de llaves extraviadas, incluidos dispositivos de acceso remoto; servicio de neumático pinchado; si el neumático de repuesto no está inflado, se remolcará el vehículo, la RAP no cubre el costo del reemplazo del neumático; servicio de cerrajería (si las llaves han quedado dentro del vehículo cerrado); asistencia para arranque; y servicio de envío de combustible para hasta 11 litros de combustible si el vehículo no tiene combustible. Los servicios RAP solo están disponibles en Estados Unidos y Canadá. La protección de asistencia en carretera no tiene validez o queda sin efecto si al momento del incidente que requiere asistencia en carretera, el arrendatario o un conductor autorizado infringe el contrato de alquiler, lo que incluye, entre otros, los usos prohibidos y las violaciones establecidas. En tales casos, la asistencia en carretera estará disponible, pero se pueden aplicar los cargos estándar. El costo de la protección de asistencia en carretera en esta sucursal es de CAD 4,99.
